
Solution Made Easy™ was developed by three of the contact center industry's leading software solution providers – Voice Print, Syntora, and Pipkins. Each company specializes in the development of state-of-the-art contact center workforce optimization solutions.
I have worked as Lead Designer/ Project manager for this project. I was involved from early stages of prototyping and wireframing structure of the website, setting up all contact forms and whitepaper registration and newsletter registration forms.
Managed two back end programmers and managed workflow of this project from beginning to end.
